    Lance Woodbury is a partner at Ag Progress, a firm that provides facilitation, mediation,
    management consulting, educational and family business advisory services.
    Ag Progress helps business owners navigate a variety of situations, including succession
    planning, strategic management initiatives, estate planning, governance and conflict.
    Lance works with family farms and ranches across the United States to help them work
    more effectively together and preserve their legacies.
    He was previously a partner at Kennedy and Coe, was the Economic Development Director in Wichita County (Leoti), Kansas, and worked at a cattle feed yard and on his familys farm.
