National Auction Manager and Auctioneer for 22 years.
His involvement in real estate transactions include marketing land throughout the United States. R.D. coordinated one of the largest land auction events in history, totaling over $50 million. R.D. also coordinated the 2012 Auction of the Year and 2015 Auction of the Year as awarded by the National Auctioneers Association in partnership with USA Today. Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company has sold land in 40 states.

Ag Progress helps business owners navigate a variety of situations, including succession
planning, strategic management initiatives, estate planning, governance and conflict.
Lance works with family farms and ranches across the United States to help them work
more effectively together and preserve their legacies.
He was previously a partner at Kennedy and Coe, was the Economic Development Director in Wichita County (Leoti), Kansas, and worked at a cattle feed yard and on his familys farm.
