  • AUCTION TERMS FOR EQUIPMENT:

    All equipment and vehicles are being sold WITHOUT RESERVE to the highest bidder, regardless of price.

    100% of the bid amount shall be due in full immediately as of the time that the auctioneer indicates that an item is sold.

    The purchase price may be paid with a cashiers check, credit card (MasterCard or VISA) or by wire transfer. Personal checks will not be accepted. A surcharge of 4% of the bid amount will be added to credit card payments.

    Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage effective immediately upon the purchase of any item.

    Buyer shall remove the purchased item as soon as possible and, in any event, within 48 hours after the auction. Buyer assumes all responsibility in connection with the removal of the purchased item, including all expenses and all risk of loss, personal injury and/or damage to the purchased item or other property.

    All bids are to be based solely upon the bidders inspection. ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD AS IS AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING PROVISION, SELLER, AUCTION COMPANY AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER OR AUCTION COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

    Internet bidding will be available, subject to satisfaction of conditions and requirements of the Auction Company. For each item purchased online via internet bidding, a 3% fee will be charged to Buyer (up to $750 per item).

    The conduct of the auction and increments of bidding will be at the direction and discretion of the auctioneer. Seller and its agents reserve the right to preclude any person from bidding if there is any question as to the persons identity, credentials, fitness, etc. All decisions of the auctioneer at the auction are final.
