Approximately 1,958 adjacent acres of farmland near Holyoke, in Philips County, will be offered at auction Saturday, Oct. 25. Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company is marketing the property and managing the event in cooperation with The Lund Company.

The land is being sold in five tracts, with the tillable land in three tracts, of 651 acres, 654 acres and 646 acres. Two other tracts make up an additional 7 acres, which are being used for two 30,000-bushel bins and a shop site.
The auction will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at the Philips County Event Center in Holyoke.
Bids will be allowed on any combination of tracts, or on all the land being offered. Online bidding will be available during the live auction.
