Buyers of the vehicles & trailers may choose to pay w/ a credit card, cash, wire transfer, or certified check. All items sold "as-is". FIREARMS: Know your State/Federal firearms laws BEFORE bidding. All federal & state firearm laws govern every aspect of this auction, & any infraction of the law will immediately be reported to local law enforcement & the ATF. You must be 18 to purchase rifles or shotguns & 21 to purchase a handgun. ALL GUN SALES ARE FINAL. You are responsible for knowing if your state bans a certain type of firearm/ammo/accessory from being shipped to you. FFL Dealer, Earth Adventures Unlimited will complete paperwork transfer & there will be a cost of $20 cash or $25 CC. Firearms will need to be picked up at 1804 W Main Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46808 starting Tuesday, March 21.
