Schrader recognizes work of Indiana Agricultural Law Foundation

When farmers and land owners gathered in Indianapolis recently for the Schrader Indiana Landowner Luncheon, the company singled out the Indiana Agricultural Law Foundation and provided a donation to support the foundation's work.

The nonprofit IALF was formed in 2005 by Indiana Farm Bureau Inc. to develop educational and legal initiatives that support Indiana agriculture.

"Farmers and land owners operate in an increasingly complex legal environment, and the IALF plays a pivotal role in representing their interests. Because of this, we wanted to express that support in a tangible way," said R.D. Schrader, president of the auction company.

Schrader and Schrader broker Steve Slonaker presented a check to IALF Director John Shoup.

The event was held at the Fishers Banquet Center, near Indianapolis during the company's recent Landowner Luncheon, which featured Shoup as a speaker.
