PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This 520+/- acre property offers exceptional privacy. Lost Lake, a 70+/- acre private lake, fed by springs, is located near the center of the property and has no visual or physical access from a public roadway, allowing you to enjoy the sandy beach area, fishing, boating and all this lake offers, undisturbed.

Since 1967 when the owner purchased the property stewardship of the land has been top priority. This is evidenced by the pristine nature of Lost Lake, lush rolling meadows, and excellent management of the hardwood timber. Spend time on the many trails, hiking, horse back riding, and snowmobiling. Lost Lake is suitable to land a plane with floats.

While in the area take advantage of fishing for Muskie at nearby famous Bone Lake or enjoying the attractions of the St. Croix River Valley.

"Lost Lake is one of the highest quality lakes I have studied in Polk County. Lost Lake also has a unique plant community that helps maintain water clarity along with the natural shoreland area."
