Schrader establishes Fort Worth office to serve Texas and Oklahoma
Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company has announced the opening of a new office in Fort Worth, as the company prepares to increase its marketing presence in the Southwest. Brent Wellings will manage the new Schrader office.
"We have been quite active in Texas and Oklahoma in recent years, and we see even more opportunities ahead. I believe it is also an excellent time for land owners there to explore their options, as investors look beyond the Midwest for opportunities. Our enhanced presence will enable us to better serve farmers, ranchers and land owners with land to sell in the Southwest," said R.D. Schrader, president of the auction company.
"Brent is already known and established in the area, and we had the opportunity to work with him on previous projects. He brings considerable experience to the job, having served private equity groups, wealth/land management companies, trust professionals, lending institutions and bankruptcy courts. He holds degrees in agricultural business and animal science from Oklahoma State University," said Schrader.
Wellings currently serves as a member of the board of directors of the Oklahoma Realtors Land Institute. He also is a member of the Commercial Finance Association and the National Auctioneers Association.
