DEED: Seller shall provide Warranty Deed(s).
EVIDENCE OF TITLE: The Seller will pay the expense of an Owner's Policy of Title Insurance in the amount of the purchase price.
CLOSING: The closing shall take place on or before August 6, 2010 as applicable closing documents are completed by Seller. All closing costs shall be split 50:50 between Buyer(s) and Seller.
