TRACT DESCRIPTIONS

Tract 1: 21± ac 21 ACRES, This tract has nearly 425 feet of road frontage along C.R. 1100 N. The distance to the back of the property is nearly 1600 feet. Approximately 10 acres of tillable land and the balance is wooded. There are several large mature trees on this tract. The terrain is level in the front then slopes upward into the woods.
