Al Pfister is a Real Estate broker and Auction Manager with Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company, specializing in farmland auctions in Northeast Indiana. Al also previously owned his own appraisal company. Al Pfister was born and raised on a 160-acre dairy and grain farm in Minnesota. Growing up on that farm gave him a lifelong love for the agricultural industry and a working knowledge of what it takes to run a family operation.
Al joined Schrader in 2003 and serves as a Sale Manager, Certified General Appraiser, and Real Estate Broker for the company. He entered the industry and became licensed in 1992. Before joining Schrader, he worked as a commercial and industrial real estate broker in South Bend, Indiana.
With more than three decades in real estate and his credentials as a Certified General Appraiser, Al brings a thorough understanding of property value to every sale. His recent work includes a $3,000,000 land sale on behalf of six Amish families - a sale that called for careful coordination and a deep respect for the families involved.
"Honesty, integrity, and hard work," Al says. "Growing up on a dairy and grain farm gave me a love for agriculture, and I bring those same values to every family I work with."
Al lives in Bluffton, Indiana, with his wife, Becky. They have five children and twenty grandchildren. Outside of work, Al is devoted to Bible study.
