Chris Hoffman is a Real Estate Agent and Auction Manager with Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company, specializing in farm, land and recreational sales across Wisconsin. Chris grew up in Pennsylvania, and came to land real estate from a very different path than most. He holds a degree in Biology from Penn State University and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, and he spent years in the chiropractic field before joining Schrader.
Chris joined Schrader in 2020 and serves as a Sale Manager for the company, earning his Real Estate Agent license that same year. His scientific training and years in a detail-driven profession shape the careful, precise way he approaches every transaction.
Chris continuously has numerous sales throughout every year. He has been part of several of Schrader's significant Wisconsin offerings, including a Wisconsin farmland portfolio of 7,428 acres that brought more than $46 million across six counties, the Bollant Dairy sale in Grant County in which all assets totaled over $10,000,000, and the Edward Kruser sale in Grant County. Large, complex land deals like these depend on getting every detail right, and that's where Chris focuses his attention.
"I think all details matter - every one of them makes a difference," Chris says. "When you're dealing with large land deals, that's what separates a deal that goes well from one that doesn't."
Chris lives in Grant County, Wisconsin, with his wife and their daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys competitive target archery, ocean fishing and archery trips to Newfoundland for moose.
