Corbin Cowles is a Real Estate broker and Auction Manager with Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company, specializing in recreational, ranchland, and farmland listings and auctions, as well as farm equipment auctions, across Kentucky. Corbin grew up in Rockfield, Kentucky, on his family's registered cow-calf operation, making hay and working cattle on a farm with a rich, third-generation history. He still helps run the family's seedstock operation today, which sells around 100 bulls and 60 females each year.

Corbin joined Schrader in 2022 and serves as a Sale Manager for the company. He earned his Auctioneer license and entered the industry in 2022, followed by his Real Estate license in 2023. He holds a degree in Animal Science with a minor in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University.

Background

Corbin's experience marketing his family's seedstock cattle gives him a practical understanding of how to present an offering and reach the right buyers. That showed in a recent sale near Mammoth Cave, Kentucky, where a 130-acre property drew two full-price offers within three days of hitting the market and sold for $1.25 million. Corbin also conducted the Ward Implement equipment auction, a liquidation for one of the most notable equipment dealerships in the state. His active role within land sales, equipment sales, and livestock sales across the country has given him a broad range of relationships with buyers all over the United States. He is a member of the Kentucky Auctioneers Association and regularly volunteers his skills at local charity auctions.

"I've been very blessed to build a lot of relationships in this business, and investing in people is what drives me. Despite my intimidating stature, I really enjoy getting to know people - reach out anytime."

Corbin lives in Rockfield, Kentucky. He is a big Oklahoma State Cowboys and Tennessee Titans fan and a huge lover of college basketball. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and on the family operation - which, along with real estate and auctioneering, is what he hopes to be doing forever.
