Daniel Days is a Real Estate broker and Auction Manager with Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company, specializing in recreational and farmland auctions and listings across Northeast Indiana. Daniel grew up in DeKalb County, Indiana, in a cattle-raising family, and he has stayed close to agriculture ever since through his involvement with 4-H livestock committees and his lifelong interest in rodeo and the outdoors.
Daniel joined Schrader in 2022 and serves as a Broker for the company, earning his license and entering the industry that same year. Before joining Schrader, he worked as a welder at Kammerer Fabrication and as a residential property manager, and he holds property management credentials. That mix of hands-on trade work and property management gives him a practical eye for the condition, use, and value of the properties he represents.
Daniel's work at Schrader has included one of the highest-selling farms in Butler, Indiana - a 107-acre property that brought $22,566 per acre. He is a member of the REALTORS Land Institute and works with landowners across Northeast Indiana.
"Your work is your signature, so make sure you leave an impression," Daniel says. "Every sale I'm part of carries my name with it, and I want every client to walk away knowing their property was handled with care and done right."
Daniel lives in Corunna, Indiana, with his wife, Mikayla, and their son, Cody. He is active in his church and serves on 4-H livestock committees. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and rodeo.
