About
Hale Jordan is a Real Estate Broker and Auction Manager with Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company, specializing in commercial, recreational, and land transactions near Terre Haute, Indiana. Hale grew up in Columbia City in Northeast Indiana, surrounded by an ag-focused community. His father, Kevin Jordan, has worked for Schrader since Hale was a kid, and Hale has been involved with the company since high school - giving him an inside look at how land auctions come together long before he started his own career.
Hale first joined Schrader as a high school intern in 2018 and now serves as a Broker for the company. He became a licensed broker in Indiana in 2025 and in Illinois in 2026. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science with a minor in Agribusiness from Purdue University. Before returning to Schrader, he worked as a Business Solutions Analyst for a defense contractor and as a Business Development Manager for a chemical deicing company.
Background
Hale's technology background has already made an impact at Schrader. During COVID, he was involved in the early implementation and testing of the company's online bidding and live streaming at auctions - work that has helped set Schrader apart by offering live auctions with a streaming and online bidding option. Today he pairs those modern marketing skills with the support of Schrader's experienced team.

Additional Information
Hale lives in Clinton, Indiana, in Vermillion County, with his wife, Julia, where they are putting down roots in a new community in west central Indiana. He is involved with a statewide dirt sprint car racing team. Outside of work, he enjoys rooting for Purdue basketball and football, snow skiing, and traveling.
