Jason Minnaert is a Real Estate Broker and Auction Manager with Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company, specializing in farmland auctions and listings across Illinois. Jason grew up in Atkinson, Illinois, where both of his parents came from farming families. Agriculture has been at the center of his life ever since, from his studies in animal science to the years he spent building his own show cattle business.

Jason joined Schrader in 2018 and serves as a Sale Manager for the company, earning his license and entering the industry that same year. He studied Animal Science at Black Hawk College and Oklahoma State University. Jason also owns and operates Minnaert Show Cattle, an experience that has taught him the business side of agriculture and the importance of building trust with every customer.

Jason brings a livestock producer's perspective to his work at Schrader, working with farm families and buyers who value someone that understands agriculture from the ground up. He remains active in the show cattle world, where he has built relationships across the ag community that carry over into his auction work.

Some of Jason's more notable transactions include helping coordinate an 1,132 +/- acre auction in which he handled the properties in Stark County, IL, as well as a complex transaction in Bureau County, Illinois entailing Wind Rights.
