Justin Griffin is a Real Estate Broker and Auction Manager with Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company, specializing in farmland, recreational, and residential auctions and listings across Northern Indiana and Northwest Ohio. Justin grew up in Decatur, Indiana, helping local farmers bale hay and handle whatever chores needed done on the farm. He enjoyed every bit of that work, and he's wanted a farm of his own ever since those middle school summers.

Justin joined Schrader in 2024. He entered the industry as a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2020 and earned his Auctioneer license in 2025. He attended Ivy Tech, with coursework in business management and construction management. Before his real estate career, Justin served as a squad leader in the Marine Corps infantry, including a deployment to Iraq in 2006, and he later handled land sales in Northeast Indiana for a land brokerage.

Justin's recent sales include a $2,995,000 sale in DeKalb County, Indiana, in 2025, a 40-acre property in Roanoke that brought $900,000, and a 68-acre property in Monroeville that brought $1,270,000. He serves on the board of the REALTORS Land Institute. "I served as a Marine Corps infantryman, and I don't say that to impress anybody - I say it because that's where I learned what it means to actually show up for people, make hard calls under pressure, communicate, and never leave a job half-finished," Justin says. "I carry that same standard into every land sale I'm part of. I'm obsessed with land and helping people the best way possible. I'm not just building a book of business - I'm building a team of agents and auctioneers who'll still be doing right by Northeast Indiana landowners long after I'm done."

Justin lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with his wife, Jessica, and their children, Hadley and Grant. He attends Chapel Church and is active at Emmanuel Christian School. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, long-range shooting, Purdue athletics, and the Fort Wayne Driving Club.
