About

Keith Lineback is a Real Estate Broker with Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company, specializing in helping buyers find and acquire farmland and special properties. Keith Lineback grew up on a livestock and grain farm near Lakeville, Indiana, and went on to earn a B.S. in Agriculture from Purdue University. That farm upbringing and agricultural education have given him a practical understanding of land and the people who own and farm it.

Keith became a licensed real estate broker in 1967 and a licensed auctioneer in 1975, and entered the real estate and auction industry in 1969. Before joining Schrader in 1995, he worked for Farm Credit, giving him a lender's perspective on land values and agricultural finance. He also holds the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation from the REALTORS Land Institute.

Background

Over his career, Keith has located special properties for numerous buyers, matching clients with land that fits their goals. He has been recognized as the Indiana Accredited Land REALTOR of the Year and has held leadership roles in the REALTORS Land Institute, serving as State President and as National Vice President.

Keith is also a Certified General Appraiser and operates his own appraisal company.
