About

She also serves as President of Whiteshire Hamroc, an agribusiness company focused on swine genetics and crop production - a role she continues alongside her work at Schrader.

Background

Rebecca's experience leading an agribusiness company gives her a clear understanding of agricultural operations, finance, and the long-term decisions landowners face. She is also a respected leader in workforce and agricultural education, serving as Chair of the Ivy Tech Fort Wayne Agriculture Advisory Board, as a member of the Indiana State Workforce Development Board, and as Chair of the Northeast Indiana Regional Workforce Board.

"Cultivating trust and serving with purpose - that's what guides my work," Rebecca says. "I'm excited to bring that approach to the landowners and families I'll be serving at Schrader."
