As both a licensed Realtor and a licensed auctioneer, Stephanie offers her clients one point of contact for the whole job. She can sell the house, the land, and the personal property, and help clients decide whether a traditional listing, an auction, or a combination makes the most sense.

"So many people come to me with a problem they don't know how to solve," Stephanie says. "My goal is to be their one-stop shop: to listen, lay out their options, and handle the details so they can focus on what's next. I treat every client the way I'd want my own family treated."

Background

Stephanie serves clients across Northeast Indiana with residential and personal property. She is licensed as an auctioneer in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, holds the Auction Marketing Management (AMM) designation from the National Auctioneers Association, and is a member of the Indiana Auctioneers Association, National Auctioneers Association, National Association of REALTORS and the Indiana Association of REALTORS. Her background in customer service, technical support, and marketing helps her communicate clearly and present every property at its best.

Stephanie lives in Fort Wayne with her husband, Steve, and their daughters, Taylor and Ella.
