TRACT DESCRIPTIONS

Tract 1: 7± ac A wonderful opportunity for a building site with views overlooking the farm. This tract will have over 400 feet of road frontage and backs up to Tract 2 which could be added for a total of 15 acres with pasture and/or hunting possibilities. This tract is in the CRP program and will expire this fall.

Tract 2: 8± ac This tract has lots of recreational opportunities! It does not have road access, therefore, can only be purchased in combination with another tract or an adjacent land owner. There is an abundance of wildlife cover for hunting or conservation purposes.

Tract 3: 21± ac With its rolling terrain, this tract has wonderful walk-out building site potential. There is a high elevation with natural slope down to the back of the property. There is a scenic vantage point overlooking the farm. Most of this tract is in the CRP program and will expire this fall. This tract will have nearly 400 ft. of road frontage.
