TRACT DESCRIPTIONS

Tract 1: 3.8± ac This all wooded site has over 250 feet of road frontage along Ricker Road and is over 500 feet deep. This tract backs up against tract 2 and would add road frontage to tract 2 with a total of over 10 acres if bought in combination.

Tract 2: 7± ac This tract is mostly tillable. It does not have road frontage, therefore, must be purchased in combination with another tract or by an adjacent land owner. This tract would offer a very private potential building site, hidden behind the trees of tract 1 and adjacent land owners.

Tract 3: 9± ac This tract has over 400 feet of road frontage along Ricker Road and runs over 900 feet in depth. It is currently all tillable land with the opportunity to add acreage by purchasing in combination with tracts 2, 4, and 5.

Tract 4: 20± ac This tract is all tillable and is over 900 feet off of the road. A possible mini farm site with privacy!
