TRACT DESCRIPTIONS

Tract 1: 22± ac This wooded tract is located back a 30ﾒ by approximately 1900ﾒ owned lane at the north side of the farm. Timber stand improvement was performed on this woods about 6 to 7 years ago including the removal of lower value species. There are several good young walnut trees in the south part of the woods as well as numerous oak and other hardwood species throughout. Tract 2: 33± ac This nearly all tillable tract with over 700ﾒ of road frontage on 750W contains the productive Pewamo, Blount and Rawson Variant soils.

Tract 3: 20± ac This nearly all tillable ﾓswingﾔ tract lies behind the existing building sell-off and the 2 acre tract 4 potential building site. The productive soils are Haskins Variant, Pewamo and Blount. Combine with tracts 2, 4 or 5 or include with all of the tillable acreage.

Tract 4: 2± ac This potential building site on a gentle rise south of the former buildings has approx. 250ﾒ of road frontage.
