TRACT DESCRIPTIONS

Tract 1: 6± ac This tract includes the 1900 vintage, partially remodeled, 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 story home with approximately 1450 sq. ft. of living area. The home has asphalt shingle & metal roofing, vinyl siding, a partial basement, electric baseboard heat together with a wood burning furnace & central air conditioning. There is a new attached oversized 2 car garage with automatic opener. The home is approximately 800ﾒ west of the end of CR 125W. This tract comes with a 30ﾒ owned lane approximately 570ﾒ from the end of 125W. There is also a 52ﾒ x 64ﾒ open front pole building for livestock and machinery storage.
