Tract 1: 3.7± ac 3.655 acres.

Tract 2: 4.1± ac 4.149 acres with 283 ft. of road frontage.

Tract 3: 3.7± ac 3.676 acres.

Tract 4: 4.8± ac 4.778 acres.

Tract 5: 4.7± ac 4.726 acres.

Tract 6: 14± ac 14 acres. This nearly level to moderately rolling tract has approximately 400 ft. of frontage on Keiser Road. Soils include Rawson sandy loam, Mermill, Morley, and Coesse. Buy for excellent cropland and/or a rolling building site.

Tract 7: 34± ac 34 acres. This all-tillable cropland includes sandy loam and loamy sand soils in the front, and rolling, clay-based Morley soils at the back.

Tract 8: 29± ac 29 acres. This all-tillable tract features nearly level to gently rolling, well drained Oshtemo sandy loam and Boyer loamy sand soils. These ﾓearly plantedﾔ soils help get a start to the planting season. They also adapt well to alfalfa and many vegetable crops. There is approximately 1,600 ft. of road frontage on Keiser Road.

Tract 9: 12± ac 12 acres. This tract with 8.7 tillable acres lies north of the railroad and lacks road frontage. It may only be bid on individually by an adjoining landowner. Otherwise, it will need to be combined with Tract 8. There is also some wooded acreage adjoining Eel River and a former channel. There is a good railroad crossing for access to this tract.
