TRACT DESCRIPTIONS

Tract 1: 40± ac This tract consists of 40 acres mostly tillable acres. It has nearly 700 feet of road frontage and runs nearly 2500 feet back. There are a couple of ridges of Glynwood silt loam and flows into Rensselaer loam on the back of the property.

Tract 2: 40± ac This tract consists of 40 acres mostly tillable plus a narrow wooded stretch on the east property line. There is a ridge of Glynwood silt loam in the front and flows into Rensselaer loam to the center and the northeast corner is Sloan silty clay loam.
