Tract 2: 3± ac Wooded Building Site with access to the 2 acre pond on the property and frontage on SR 205.

Tract 3: 3± ac Wooded Building Site with access to the 2 acre pond on the property and frontage on SR 205.

Tract 4: 3± ac Wooded Building Site with access to the 2 acre pond on the property and frontage on SR 205.

Tract 5: 3.2± ac 3.2 acre building site with a 50 foot access lane off of SR 205. This tract has access to pond.

Tract 6: 2± ac 2 acre pond frontage swing tact that must be combined with either Tracts 5, 7 or 9.

Tract 7: 6± ac 6 acres of mixed hardwood with many quality oak and walnut trees. The yellow paint spot marked trees are excluded from this tract and are offered as Timber #8. This tract cannont be used as a home site because part of the access land is an ingress egress easement. This tract has frontage on the pond.
