TRACT DESCRIPTIONS

Tract 1: 3.5± ac An elevated 3.5 acre possible building site. This site overlooks the entire farm and offers a walk-out basement possibility. This tract will have 350 feet of road frontage and will be nearly 400 feet deep.

Tract 2: 32.5± ac 32.5 +/- acres of a combination of tillable and CRP land.
