TRACT DESCRIPTIONS

Tract 1: 38± ac 38 Acres with 37.6 acres of excellently drained Rensselaer, Whitaker & Blount soils with frontage on Knouse and Rupert Roads.

Tract 2: 80± ac 80 Acres with 76.4 acres of pattern tiled Rensselaer, Whitaker & Lenawee soils with frontage on Knouse and Rupert Roads.

Tract 3: 18± ac 18 Acres of mostly tillable Rensselaer & Hoytville soils and .4 acre CRP filter strip.

Tract 4: 22± ac 22 Acre "swing tract". Hoytville and Montgomery soils. This tract must be purchased in combination with Tract 3 or by an adjoining land owner.

Tract 5: 39± ac 39 Acres with 29.8 acres of tillable Rensselaer soils with increased pattern tiling in 2009. This tract includes 9 acres of wooded land and excellent open ditch drainage outlet and frontage on Knouse Road.
