Buyer assumes all responsibility in connection with removal of the purchased equipment, including all expenses and all risk of loss, personal injury and/or damage to the purchased equipment or other property. Rigging and removal procedures are posted at www.schraderauction.com. Buyer or buyers contractor must review and sign the removal procedures form and provide proof of insurance in accordance with the posted removal requirements. Buyer shall remove any purchased equipment as soon as possible, but not later than September 1, 2014 unless prior arrangements have been made with Jay Darner at Trupointe.
