Dear Past Exhibitors and Sponsors:
Robert Mishler and the Midwest Farm Expo Staff would like to invite you to participate as an exhibitor or as a sponsor in the fourth annual Midwest Farm Expo that will be held December 11-12, 2015, at the Michiana Event Center. We are looking for vendor booths that will provide attendees with a look at the latest agriculture-related technologies, models of equipment, and developments in the livestock industry.

We are very excited with the amount of new inquires and new exhibitors once again for this years Expo. Exhibitors and Sponsors: I want to thank you for your support of the Midwest Farm Expo. I am offering a 10% discount off of your booth price. The enclosed contract and payment in full must be returned by October 29, 2015 in order to be eligible for this discount.

In an effort to offer an Expo that is both informational and educational, the Expo will feature a number of seminars on various topics that will be scheduled throughout both days. This year, seminar sponsorships are being offered at $250.00 per seminar. By sponsoring a seminar, you will be acknowledged as the sponsor in advertising that includes the seminar schedule and your signage will also be displayed in the Seminar Hall.

Event sponsorships are also be offered this year at three NEW levels. Further sponsorship details are listed.

The Expo will be advertised on radio, TV and all major agriculture papers and magazines throughout the Midwest.

Again this year, The Expo will be held in conjunction with a large farm equipment consignment auction. This auction is for all types of farm equipment and will take place on Saturday, December 12, 2015. The auction is being sponsored by Schrader Real Estate and Auction Co., Columbia City, IN. Platinum Sponsorship: The Expo will be advertised showing you as a main sponsor, your Logo will appear on every advertisement, a full-page ad in the Expo brochure, and your signage at the entrance to the Expo grounds, the main building and auction yard as well as throughout the Expo building.

Gold Sponsor: $1,500
Gold Sponsorship: Your Logo on all mailers and show brochures, signage in the Expo area and a half page ad in the Expo brochure.

Silver Sponsor: $500
Silver Sponsorship: Your signage displayed in the Expo area.

Seminar Sponsor: $250
Seminar Sponsorship: You will be acknowledged as the sponsor in advertising that includes the seminar schedule and you will be announced as the sponsor at the introduction of the seminar.
