Schrader Real Estate & Auction Company Acquires Louisiana Brokerage License & Partnership

Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company has expanded its operations by obtaining a Louisiana Brokerage license and working with a new joint venture auction office in Winnsboro, Louisiana owned by Brandon DuBois of DuBois Auction Co. (LA License # 1625).

The joint venture with DuBois Auction Co. will focus on cropland, ranchland, recreational land, timber land and other assets, according to Luke Schrader, who holds the Louisiana Brokerage License for Schrader Real Estate & Auction.

"We've conducted several sizeable equipment auctions with DuBois recently, so it was a logical move to obtain a Brokerage License to be able to conduct land auctions in conjunction with him," said Schrader.

Brandon earned his B.S. in Agricultural Business from Louisiana Tech University in 2008. While attending college, he obtained his auctioneer's license in 2006 after completing his training at the Missouri Auction School. A proud military veteran, Brandon and his wife, Hannah, are parents of three wonderful children and together operate a small purebred cattle business in Louisiana.
