Vincennes, Indiana
Brad Horrall is an Auction Manager with Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company, specializing in farmland, timberland, and ranchland auctions based in Southern Indiana. Brad was raised on his family's farm near Vincennes in Knox County, Indiana, where he grew up doing the day-to-day work of a southern Indiana farm operation. He continued working on the home farm before joining Schrader, giving him a practical, hands-on understanding of farmland from the operator's side of the fence.
Brad joined Schrader in 2001 and serves as an Auction Manager for the company. He earned his Auctioneer license and entered the industry in 1985, followed by his Real Estate license in 1988. He holds an associate degree from Oakland City University and completed both the three-year Certified Auctioneers Institute program and the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate course at Indiana University in Bloomington - advanced training that underpins how he structures and conducts farmland auctions today.
Over a career spanning four decades, Brad has represented individuals, families, and corporate entities in the successful sale of their land.
"I've always tried to live by the golden rule - do unto others as you would have them do unto you," Brad says. "Over my career I've helped individuals, families, and corporations sell hundreds of thousands of acres of farmland across many states, and I treat every one of those sales the way I'd want my own family's land handled. I stand ready to help you today." That work has given Brad a deep base of experience in helping landowners make well informed decisions about how and when to sell.
Several of Brad's more notable recent sales include the EC Steckler Farms Inc for $13,544,500 in Knox County, Indiana as well as the Fulford Family farms for $16,032,000 in Knox County, Indiana.
Brad lives in Monroe City, Indiana, in Knox County, with his wife, Michelle. He is a member of First Church of God in Monroe City. Outside of work, he enjoys motorcycle riding.
