TRACT DESCRIPTIONS

Tract 1: 31± ac 31 acres for a country homesite at the location of a former farmstead with 600' road frontage. This tract also includes trees and cropland. It will meet St. Joseph County zoning requirements for a homesite.

Tract 2: 38± ac 38 acres of woods and wildlife habitat. It is a hunter's paradise with about 100 feet road frontage. This tract alone is not a legal homesite, but it can be combined with Tract 1 for a 67 acre homesite and woods.

Tract 3: 29± ac 29 acres with 25 acres of cropland. It has 600 feet of road frontage on Quince Road. This tract provides an excellent location near South Bend for an approved rural homesite with cropland.
