| 1 | 12± | This property was newly constructed to house the Grace Bible Baptist Church. The Church purchased a property in New Paris that met the present needs of the Church and has created this rare opportunity to purchase at auction this new building on 12 acres. The outside is completed and the inside is wired and stud walls are in place allowing the new owner the ability to design the interior to meet their needs. The property is zoned Agricultural but may be used immediately as a church or for residential purposes. Buyers interested in other uses may investigate the potential with County officials.
