TRACT DESCRIPTIONS

Tract 1: 20.5± ac 20.5+/- Acres, tract is mostly all tillable land, some excellent soils and frontage on Jordan Road (780W).

Tract 2: 47.5± ac A 47.5+/- acre field also mostly all tillable and some excellent quality soils and frontage on Jordan Road (780W).

Tract 3: 75± ac This 74+/- acre tract also has some quality soils and 150' owned frontage off of Jordan Road. Also this tract has approximately 72+/- acres of tillable land (included 18.8 acres in CRP Program). Also, this tract will have an easement for ingress/egress from CR 780W/Jordan Road through the present owners' property and across the bridge and back to Tract 3. Note: The Buyer of Tract 3 and the owner to the east side of Tract 3 will share the expense of repairs and maintenance for the bridge over Carpenter Creek.
