PROCEDURE: Golf Course under Options 1, 2 and 3 (Tracts 1 through 10) will be offered immediately during 1st hour of auction followed by the tracts in numerical order with bidding closing on tracts and sections as determined by auctioneer. All property advertised as ABSOLUTE will sell regardless of price; all property advertised with RESERVE PRICE will sell at any price at or above stated reserve prices; bids on all other properties will be subject to the acceptance or rejection by the Seller. All successful bidders will be required to enter into purchase agreements at the auction site immediately following the close of the auction.
DOWN PAYMENT: 10% of the accepted bid price as down payment on the day of auction with the balance in cash at closing. YOUR BIDDING IS NOT CONDITIONAL UPON FINANCING, SO BE SURE YOU HAVE ARRANGED FINANCING, IF NEEDED, AND ARE CAPABLE OF PAYING CASH AT CLOSING.
