A two-minute clock will begin at 5:00pm on Thursday, July 16, 2026, & run until no more bids are placed & the clock hits "0".     DOWN PAYMENT: 10% of the accepted bid as down payment on the day of the auction for Tract #1 (Real Estate) with the balance in cash at closing. The down payment may be made in the form of cashier's check, personal check, or corporate check. YOUR BIDDING IS NOT CONDITIONAL UPON FINANCING, so be sure you have arranged financing, if needed, & are capable of paying cash at closing.
